Moreno Valley: Extreme Heat Warning

An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect for Moreno Valley and the rest of the Inland Empire through 8 PM Monday. High temperatures are expected to reach the upper 90s to 108 degrees through Saturday, with lows only dropping into the low 70s. The National Weather Service warns that heat-related illness risk rises sharply in these conditions — drink plenty of fluids, stay in air conditioning when possible, avoid direct sun, and check in on relatives and neighbors.
