City Council met June 2 at City Hall Council Chamber to approve pavement rehabilitation funding, establish election procedures for November 3, and adopt a technology disruption policy for remote meetings. The council also approved a five-year heating and cooling services contract with ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. valued at up to $3,500,000 for city-owned facilities. All items passed with four votes in favor.
The City Council voted unanimously June 2 to purchase approximately 35 acres of vacant land at the northwest corner of Redlands Boulevard and Cactus Avenue from Passco Pacifica for $16 million.
