City Council Regular Meeting — Tue, Oct 20, 2026

The City Council will consider adoption of a revised Truck Route Map and amendments to truck route provisions in the Municipal Code, along with an urgency ordinance imposing a 45-day moratorium on approval of land use entitlements for certain data centers. The council will also award a construction agreement to Hardy & Harper, Inc. for Sherman Avenue sidewalk improvements in the amount of $335,000. Additional items include approval of a memorandum of understanding with Moreno Valley Unified School District to provide career services, authorization of citywide copier lease and maintenance services up to $150,000 annually, and review of six utility box art program applications. Public comment on matters not on the agenda is limited to three minutes per speaker.
