The Planning Commission meets June 25 at 6:00 PM at City Hall Council Chamber (14177 Frederick Street) to review several development proposals. The agenda includes a convenience store, fueling station, and car wash project at Cactus and Indian avenues (continued from an earlier meeting); logistics facility mitigation measures negotiated with the California Attorney General's Office; expansion of Audeo Valley Charter school's resource center on Eucalyptus Avenue; and a 184-unit multifamily residential development on a 9.39-acre site in the Corridor Mixed Use district.
