The Planning Commission meets July 23 at 6 p.m. in City Hall Council Chamber at 14177 Frederick Street. The agenda includes three major items: a convenience store, car wash, and fueling station proposal at Cactus Avenue and Indian Street (continued to August 13); a housing subdivision of 293 single-family homes on 40 acres near Cactus Avenue and Brodiaea Avenue (continued to a future date); and a light industrial building project at Bay Avenue and Day Street, which the commission will recommend to the City Council.
