The Planning Commission will consider two plot plans. One proposes a 9.1-acre truck sales, leasing, fueling, and maintenance facility east of Old 215 Frontage Road and south of Alessandro Boulevard in the Business Park District. The other seeks approval for a 4,767 square foot automated car wash with parking and landscaping on the east side of Pigeon Pass Road between Ironwood Avenue and Hemlock Avenue. Public testimony on each item is limited to three minutes per speaker; those wishing to testify should submit a goldenrod speaker slip to Planning Staff.
