The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 27 at 6:00 PM at City Hall (14177 Frederick Street) to consider two development projects. The first is a 9.1-acre truck sales, leasing, fueling, and maintenance facility (Penske) east of Old 215 Frontage Road and south of Alessandro Boulevard in the Business Park District. The second is a 4,767-square-foot automated car wash with parking and landscaping on the east side of Pigeon Pass Road between Ironwood and Hemlock avenues. Public testimony on each item is limited to three minutes per speaker; interested residents can submit a speaker slip to Planning Staff.
