Extreme Heat Warning

An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect from July 22 through 8 p.m. on July 27 for desert areas including the Imperial Valley, Salton Sea, Palo Verde Valley, and Chuckwalla Valley, with afternoon temperatures expected to reach 106 to 118 degrees.
