Extreme Heat Warning

An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect for Moreno Valley and the rest of the Inland Empire from July 22 at 9:01 p.m. through 8 p.m. on July 27. Highs are expected to reach the upper 90s to 110 degrees, with overnight lows only dropping to the low-to-mid 70s. The National Weather Service warns that heat-related illness risk rises sharply in these conditions, so drink plenty of fluids, stay in air conditioning when you can, avoid direct sun, and check in on relatives and neighbors.
