Paint & Plant runs July 23 at Celebration Park, 14965 Morgan Ave, from 1 to 2 p.m. A library instructor leads a class on planting and caring for succulents. The session ties in with Lunch at the Library, a meal program run by the California State Library; USDA rules require that meals be eaten on park grounds.
