The Planning Commission will consider Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 39549, which proposes subdivision of 40.17 acres in Planning Area 1 of the Aquabella Specific Plan into 293 condominium units. The map includes 22 lettered lots for streets, driveways, and landscape, plus a 2.68-acre park, located north of Cactus Avenue and south of Brodiaea Avenue. The Commission will also review September 10 minutes and other routine business. Public testimony on the tract map is limited to three minutes per speaker; those wishing to testify should submit a goldenrod speaker slip to Planning Staff.
