The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, September 24, on a proposal to subdivide 40.17 acres into 293 condominium units in the Aquabella Specific Plan area north of Cactus Avenue. The project includes 22 lots for streets and driveways, plus a 2.68-acre park. The commission will vote on whether to approve the vesting tentative tract map.
