Moreno Valley: Heat Advisory

A Heat Advisory is in effect for the Riverside County Mountains from August 6 at 8:36 p.m. through August 9 at 8:00 p.m., issued by the National Weather Service. High temperatures below 6,500 feet are expected to run from the mid-80s to upper-90s. Forecasters say the heat can cause illness, so drink plenty of fluids, stay in air conditioning when possible, avoid direct sun, and check in on relatives and neighbors who may be more vulnerable to heat.
