Moreno Valley: Flood Advisory

A Flood Advisory is in effect for parts of Riverside and San Diego counties until 4:21 PM PDT on August 10 due to heavy thunderstorms. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has already fallen, with an additional 0.25 to 1.5 inches expected. Minor flooding is expected in low-lying areas and poor drainage zones, including water over roadways. Avoid driving through flooded roads—find an alternate route instead, as most flood deaths occur in vehicles attempting to cross water.
