Moreno Valley: Dust Storm Warning

A dust storm warning was in effect for Riverside and Imperial counties until 7 p.m. on August 12, with visibility dropping to near a quarter mile and winds over 40 mph. If you're on Interstate 10, Route 111, or Route 86 in the affected area, avoid driving into dust if possible. If caught in one, pull off the road, turn off your lights, and keep your foot off the brake.
