Moreno Valley: Extreme Heat Watch

An Extreme Heat Watch is in effect across parts of southwest Arizona and southeast California from Tuesday morning through Friday evening. Afternoon temperatures are expected to reach 107 to 114 degrees. Heat-related illness risk increases significantly in these conditions; heat cramps and exhaustion can develop quickly, and without treatment can progress to heat stroke, a medical emergency. If you work or spend time outside, take frequent breaks in shade or air conditioning, drink plenty of water, and wear lightweight clothing.
