A Heat Advisory is in effect for the Inland Empire through 8 PM today, August 20, with temperatures expected to reach 105 degrees. Heat illnesses are possible in these conditions. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in air-conditioned spaces when possible, limit time in direct sun, and check on relatives and neighbors, especially those who are older or have health concerns.
