The Planning Commission will consider two plot plans. Plot Plan PEN22-0250 proposes a 9.1-acre truck sales, leasing, fueling, and maintenance facility (Penske) located east of Old 215 Frontage Road and south of Alessandro Boulevard in the Business Park District. The commission will review an environmental analysis and consider conditions of approval. Plot Plan PEN22-0215 proposes a 4,767 square foot automated car wash with parking and landscape improvements on the east side of Pigeon Pass Road between Ironwood Avenue and Hemlock Avenue. Public testimony on each item is limited to three minutes per speaker; those wishing to testify should submit a speaker slip to Planning Staff.
