A 40,000-square-foot Northgate Market grocery store is proposed on a vacant 4.31-acre site at the northeast corner of Perris Boulevard and Brodiaea Avenue. The Planning Commission will consider a plot plan (PEN25-0144) for the development in the Corridor Mixed Use zoning district. Staff recommends approval of the plot plan and adoption of a categorical exemption from environmental review under state law.
