This week in Moreno Valley: November 2–8

The Riverside County Registrar of Voters opens vote centers for the 2026 primary election, with one operating at Moreno Valley's Main Library throughout the week. The City Council holds both a closed session and regular meeting this week. Libraries across town offer a busy slate of activities for young children, teens, and adults—from toddler storytimes and bilingual programs to tabletop role-playing games and English conversation circles.
